DWS wins best “Supporting Customers” Award for its work in supporting customers readiness for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Release 9.2.

At the recent Oracle awards in Denver, DWS were recognised for their work in helping their customers prepare for the release of EnterpriseOne 9.2. DWS’ whole approach is based on reducing both the time and costs required to implement upgrades and over the past year they have launched a number of products that help to achieve this aim. The results have been impressive, with every customer saving money, in one case over $1m.

Key to the success of the DWS approach has been the people, not just the DWS team but the client teams as well, looking at the impact the upgrades will have on them and how to reduce the time and effect needed to ensure there is engagement throughout the organisation. Using the suite of Dimension products, DWS are able to reduce the effort needed from internal teams, ensuring releases go live on time and the costs are kept under control.
